Evolution Forums Rules

Welcome to the Evolution Forums! These forums are a place for players to connect, share ideas, ask questions, report issues, and stay up to date with the Evolution community.

By using the forums, you agree to follow these rules, along with Evolution's network-wide rules and any applicable community policies.

🤝 Community Conduct
  1. Be Respectful. Treat all members with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, personal attacks, and targeted hostility are not allowed.
  2. Keep Discussions Civil. Disagreements are welcome, but keep discussions constructive. Do not intentionally provoke, insult, or antagonize others.
  3. No Hate Speech or Threats. Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, credible threats, and encouragement of violence are prohibited.
  4. Respect the Evolution Team. Concerns about staff decisions are allowed to be raised respectfully through the appropriate channels. Harassment or personal attacks against staff are not permitted.
📝 Posts & Content
  1. Post in the Appropriate Sections. Choose the most relevant forum category for your topic and follow any section-specific guidelines.
  2. No Spam or Flooding. Avoid repetitive posts, meaningless replies, excessive bumps, or content intended to clutter the forums.
  3. No Misleading Content. Do not deliberately spread false information, impersonate others, or misrepresent yourself or Evolution.
  4. No Inappropriate Content. Pornographic, sexually explicit, excessively graphic, or otherwise unsuitable content is prohibited.
  5. No Unauthorized Advertising. Advertising other servers, products, services, or communities without permission is not allowed.
  6. No Plagiarism. Do not claim another person's work, artwork, writing, or ideas as your own. Give credit when appropriate and obtain permission when required.
🔒 Privacy & Security
  1. Protect Personal Information. Do not publish another person's private information, including real names, addresses, contact details, or private conversations, without their consent.
  2. No Malicious Links or Files. Sharing phishing links, malware, harmful downloads, or content intended to compromise accounts or devices is prohibited.
  3. No Account Sharing or Impersonation Abuse. Do not use another member's account or impersonate players, staff, or official Evolution representatives to mislead others.
  4. Keep Private Matters Private. Do not publicly post private staff discussions, confidential reports, or restricted information without authorization.
👤 Accounts & Participation
  1. One Account Per Person for Community Participation. Alternate accounts must not be used to evade restrictions, manipulate discussions, inflate reactions, or gain unfair advantages.
  2. No Ban or Restriction Evasion. Creating or using another account to bypass a forum ban, mute, or other restriction is prohibited.
  3. No Reaction or Reputation Abuse. Do not manipulate likes, reactions, reputation systems, polls, or other community features.
  4. No Exploiting Forum Features. Bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features must not be abused to disrupt the forums or gain unauthorized access.
📢 Suggestions, Reports & Feedback
  1. Keep Feedback Constructive. Suggestions, criticism, and feedback are welcome when presented respectfully and with the intent to improve the community.
  2. Use the Appropriate Channels. Submit bug reports, player reports, appeals, and support requests in the designated sections when available.
  3. No False or Malicious Reports. Do not knowingly submit fabricated reports, falsified evidence, or accusations intended to harass or harm another member.
  4. Respect Report Privacy. Avoid publicly sharing sensitive evidence or private details relating to reports, appeals, or ongoing investigations.
🚨 Rule Violations & Moderation

Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, the Evolution Team may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or edit content that violates these rules.
  • Issue a warning or restrict forum privileges.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account.
  • Apply additional network-wide punishments when appropriate.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

⚖️ Moderation & Enforcement

The Evolution Team reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules to maintain a safe, respectful, and constructive community.

Not every possible situation can be covered by a written rule. Action may be taken against behavior that disrupts the forums, harms members, or undermines the community, even if the specific behavior is not explicitly listed.

📜 Policy Acknowledgment. By accessing or participating in the Evolution Forums, you agree to follow these rules and all applicable Evolution policies.

These rules may be updated at any time. Members are responsible for staying informed of the current policies.
