Evolved Events Policies
Evolution events bring our community together through fun, fair, and competitive experiences. All participants are expected to follow these policies to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.
- Follow network rules. All Evolution network rules apply to every event, regardless of the gamemode or event format.
- Follow event-specific rules. Individual events may have additional rules or requirements announced by the Evolution Team. These must be followed alongside the general rules.
- Follow staff instructions. Participants must follow reasonable instructions from the Evolution Team throughout the event.
- Be respectful. Harassment, excessive toxicity, unsportsmanlike conduct, and intentionally disrupting an event are not tolerated.
- No cheating or exploiting. Hacks, unauthorized modifications, glitches, and unintended mechanics that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited.
- No event disruption. Intentionally interfering with event operations, sabotaging activities, or preventing others from participating is not allowed.
- One account per player. Each participant may compete using only one account unless explicitly permitted by the Evolution Team.
- No unfair teaming. Teaming or cooperating with other participants outside the event's intended rules is prohibited.
- No win trading or boosting. Manipulating results, arranging outcomes, or helping another player win unfairly is not allowed.
- No unauthorized assistance. Using spectators, outside players, alternate accounts, or other external help to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- No intentional AFK participation. Staying inactive to avoid elimination, disrupt gameplay, or gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.
- Respect event boundaries. Do not enter restricted areas, interfere with event setups, or access areas reserved for the Evolution Team without permission.
- Follow elimination rules. Eliminated or disqualified participants must follow the Evolution Team's instructions on spectating, leaving the arena, or remaining in the event.
- Play fairly. All participants must follow the intended mechanics, objectives, and conditions of the event.
Some Evolution events may be livestreamed, recorded, or featured in videos or other content published by Evolution.
- Recording and broadcasting. By participating, you acknowledge that your gameplay, in-game username, chat messages, and in-game interactions may be captured in livestreams or recordings.
- Content publication. Event footage may be edited, published, or shared on Evolution's official platforms and social media.
- Appropriate conduct. Participants are expected to follow network rules and behave appropriately while appearing in livestreams or recordings.
- Protect your privacy. Do not share personal information, private conversations, or other sensitive information during an event, especially while it is being broadcast or recorded.
- Prize eligibility. Rewards are distributed according to the placements, conditions, and requirements announced for each event.
- No reward manipulation. Exploiting event mechanics, using alternate accounts, or manipulating results to obtain extra rewards is prohibited.
- Prize verification. The Evolution Team may verify results and participant eligibility before distributing rewards.
- Claiming prizes. Winners must follow the Evolution Team's instructions to claim their rewards. Prizes may be forfeited if an announced claim deadline is missed.
- Prize changes. Any necessary changes to announced prizes or reward distribution will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.
Depending on the severity of the offense, violating these policies may result in one or more of the following:
- Verbal or formal warnings.
- Removal from the current event.
- Disqualification from the event.
- Removal or forfeiture of prizes and rewards obtained unfairly.
- Temporary or permanent restrictions from future events.
- Additional punishments under Evolution's network rules, including temporary or permanent bans.
Serious violations may result in immediate disqualification or a ban without prior warning.
The Evolution Team reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and enforce these policies as necessary.
Not every situation can be covered by a written rule. Action may be taken against behavior that disrupts events, undermines fair competition, exploits unintended mechanics, or negatively impacts participants, even if that behavior isn't specifically listed.
The Evolution Team may also make reasonable adjustments to event rules or procedures when needed to maintain fairness or address unexpected issues.
📜 Policy acknowledgment. By participating in Evolution-hosted events, you agree to follow these policies and any additional event-specific rules.
Evolution reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
